Role Description
Sharp Performance USA is seeking a full-time on-site Sales Associate to join our team at the Irwindale, CA office. The Sales Associates will work with clients in the general corporate, automobile manufacturers, and auto dealer sectors. The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in sales is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of the automotive industry and promotional products is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Gmail / Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills

Education:
-High School, GED or Vocational School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:
-Preferably sales background for B2B, promotional sector, or auto dealership experience

Sharp Performance seeks to identify Promotional Product Sales people seeking to improve their success by working with an aggressive leader in high quality promotional product solutions. We are constantly adding commission only independent sales reps throughout the Americas, including Europe, and Asia. Sharp representatives will be specifically targeting the automotive industry.

Job Requirements:
- Solutions seller; strong relationship building and prospecting skills
- Ability to listen to client needs and suggest an appropriate product.
- Highly motivated with strong communicative talent
- Good internal and external people skills are necessary
- Strong work ethic and the desire to succeed.

As of Jan, 1 2013, Sharp Performance has relocated its Headquarters to Irwindale California. The new location is conveniently located on Arrow Highway, near the 210 and 605 freeways in Los Angeles County. We are centrally located in LA County, and are within an hours drive of most locations in LA & Orange counties.

Located in mid-Fairfield County Connecticut within yards of the East Norwalk Train Station and just blocks from I-95, the Merritt Parkway, or Route 7 connector. We are just 55 minutes from Manhattan via car or train, so it's also an easy reverse commute from New York and just a 5 minute walk from the train station.
